Will there ever be a warrior cats movie? The series are popular enough! Also, the warrior cats series has come out in China, and they have warrior cat trading cards, but there is not way to get them here, I cant find them on ebay, amazon, nothing. Any sources for movie or trading cards? thanks

AHA! I am Chinese Canadian, and recently, I visited Hong Kong. There, I bought Midnight, for the sole purpose of getting the trading card (and to improve mey chinese). I have the Brambleclaw card. In terms of whether or not you can get them here… I’m afraid not. You could always try to ask someone going to china, hong kong, or Taiwan to buy them for you, but you also have to buy the book to get them.
In terms of movies, Erin Hunter has spoken with moive directors, and right now, there are no plans. As she said in August 2009:
"Oh, the fickle world of movie making, well, there are currently no Warriors movies in production or even under consideration. The economy is not in a state to invest in a rather dark animation about feral cats, apparently. I promise I’ll let you know if there are any changes"
So that indicates, of course, that it is going to be an animation, if it is made. Personally, I’;d love to see a Warriors movie… In fact, I want to write the soundtrack!!!
