<p>The Pokémon VS set was the eleventh set released in Japan. This set follows on from the standards brought in Gym Heroes &#038; Gym Challenge and features nothing but Owner&#8217;s Pokémon. However, unlike those sets, these Pokémon cards were all Basic Pokémon despite whether the Pokémon in question was an evolved Pokémon or not. As such, Wizards of the Coast decided not to release this set in the United States due to the Pokémon having high HP and strong attacks, causing worry it would break the game &#8230;</p>
